RV CAMPING SITES

 

Camp Dakota has a total of 10 RV sites with water and electric hook-ups.  All of these sites come with a fire ring and a picnic table and most can accommodate tents as well.  We can accommodate RVs as long as 40' feet in length however be aware that the roads are narrow and most of the sites will require you to back in to get parked.  The parking areas are gravel and some are more level than others.  You should try to arrive during daylight hours to get your RV parked and level in your site without mishap.  We do not have septic connections for our RV sites however we can direct you to a dump station on your way home.

Prices vary by season.  Activity packages are optional for reservations made during off peak / low demand dates. During peak dates, an activity package is automatically included in the price of the yurt rental.  For current pricing, just visit our online booking page and enter your arrival and departure dates.
 

Warning!  Camp Dakota's roads and camping sites are narrow and many of the sites have RV size limitations.  Guests towing trailers may have a very difficult time turning their trailer around should they turn down a dead end portion of a camp road and may have to back their trailer out several hundred feet.  Guests bringing RV's or trailers over 35' should visit the site prior to booking. We also recommend that all guests pulling larger trailers plan to arrive during daylight hours to get safely parked as there are lots of trees and most of the sites require that you back in to get parked!

RV SITE DESCRIPTIONS

Site #1 - RV up to 35' or Tent site with electricity & water
Has parking for 1 RV (for 2 an additional fee). Maximum capacity is 12 people total. 45' parking & 30' additional parking. Tent areas are 25'x25', 10'x10', 10'x10', & 10'x10'   The site is large enough for one or two RVs with a shared 20/30/30 AMP electrical connection and water hook-up. There is also enough room for several tents in this area. Additional passenger vehicle = $7 per night.  Additional RV = $40 per night.
 

Site #2 - RV up to 40' or Tent site with electricity & water.  (Back-in / Back-out)

Total parking is 65' Maximum capacity is 12 people total. This site is large enough for one RV with a 20/30 AMP electrical connection and water hook-up. There is also enough room for several tents in this area. Tent area is 12'x12' & 10'x10'.  Additional passenger vehicle = $7 per night.

Site #4 - RV up to 38' or Tent site with electricity & water.  (Back-in / Back-out)  

Includes RV & the first 8 guests. 45' total parking. Tent areas 20'x20' & 12'x12' Maximum occupancy is 12 people total. This site is large enough for one RV with a 20/30 AMP electrical connection and water hook-up. There is also enough room for several tents in this area. Additional passenger vehicle = $7 per night

Group Site #7, 8 & 9 - Triple Group RV / Tent site with electricity and water (Listed under GROUP SITES when booking online)
This group site has room for several RV's and passenger vehicles & lots of room for tents. Total length of RV parking 120' & passenger vehicle parking 25'. There is a single pedestal with 2) 30amp, 1)20amp electrical connection & water connection. 4)Four tent areas 15'x15' each. base price includes parking passes for first three vehicles (RVs included). $7 per additional vehicle. 32 People MAXIMUM occupancy.

Site #10 - RV  or Tent site with electricity & water

Includes one RV & the first 8 guests. Total parking length is 32' MAXIMUM  . May accommodate one RV or trailer up to 32'. (Tow vehicle may park to side. There is no room for tents in this site.) Has a 20 amp duplex GFCI and water hook up. Additional passenger vehicle = $7 per night.

Site #18 - RV or Tent site with electricity & water

Site can accommodate one RV up to 32' in length and several tents. Parking area is 45'. Tent area is 15'x15'. Site has water and 20 amp electrical connection. MAXIMUM occupancy is 12 people. Additional passenger vehicle = $7 per night.

Site #19 - RV or Tent site with electricity & water

Site may accommodate an RV up to 40' and tents.  Parking is 45' Back-in site with 50 amp electric and water. Tent area is 15'x15' MAXIMUM occupancy is 12 people Additional passenger vehicle = $7 per night.
